Create a Connect instance

Skip this section if you have already created an Amazon Connect instance and go straight to editing your call flows.

  1. Go to Amazon Connect from the Console Home.
  2. Click Add an instance on the Amazon Connect > Instances page.
  3. On the Set identity page, select a suitable Identity management option, enter an Access URL, and click Next.
  4. On the Add administrator page, fill out the form to create an administrator account, and click Next.
  5. On the Set telephony page, select Allow incoming calls and Allow outgoing calls, and click Next.
  6. On the Data storage page, select the appropriate data storage options for your deployment, and click Next
    Note:

    Generally, the default data storage options are sufficient.

  7. On the Review and create page, review the details of the instance, and click Create
