How to Log in via using Hyatt Single Sign-On (SSO)

All Hyatt users are now required to login to Medallia Concierge by using Hyatt's single sign-on (SSO).

Note: Users will not be able to reset their password from the Medallia Concierge login page.

Follow the steps below to login using SSO:

1. Go to https://app-4.zingle.sea1.medallia.com in your internet browser, preferably Chrome.

2. Click Log in using SSO at the bottom of the page.

3. Type hyatt.com as the SSO domain.

4. Click Log in with SSO​5. You may be prompted to authenticate with your Hyatt SSO information.

6. If you do not have a Hyatt email, use the format GID@login.hyatt​7. Next, enter the password you use for single sign on.

8. Success! You should now be logged in to the Medallia Concierge inbox for your property, or properties.​
