The Leaderboard

The Leaderboard displays your top-performing Team Members, in rank order based on a metric of your choosing. The Leaderboard displays perfectly on televisions and monitors, making it ideal to display on screens around your office or contact center.

The Leaderboard

Team members

To appear on the Leaderboard, Team Members must have received at least 10 responses. This prevents someone with very little feedback from staying at the top or bottom of the list. This threshold is configurable.

Arrows next to Team Member names indicate whether those Team Members have moved up or down in the rankings since the previous update. If two Team Members are tied with the same score, the tiebreaker is the total number of responses during the interval.

By default, the Leaderboard shows results for all Team Members and all channels, but you can filter the Leaderboard to show only Team Members from specific teams, and scores only from specific channels.

The bottom of the Leaderboard includes a ticker stream to celebrate Team Members who have recently received five-star survey responses from customers.

Metrics and calculations

Team Leaders or Admins select the Leaderboard ranking metric on the Metric Configuration setup screen. For example, the Leaderboard in the image above ranks Team Members by Average Star Rating. For more information see Metric Configuration.

Calculations (such as the average of Star Ratings) are performed on scores received in a selected interval, either daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. The interval determines the time-period values you can select in the dropdown filters, permitting you to see the standings for the current interval or the winners of previous intervals. For example, the Leaderboard in the image above has a monthly interval, so the scores displayed are the average Star Ratings for the selected month. To change the interval, click the question mark icon and select a new interval in the dialog.

Update frequency

The Leaderboard updates automatically every 15 minutes, so your team can stay current with new scores shortly after they arrive. Leaderboards reset weekly to ensure everyone has a chance to be recognized as a top performer.
