Quick details about formatting requests

Consult the guidelines below when formatting parameters of a request to the Concierge API.

Headers

Set the Content-Type header to application/json.

Date format

The API accepts any valid ISO-8601 date format and returns the same.

Phone number format

Use the full E.164 format ("+14065551212") when specifying phone numbers. If a string in another format (such as "406-555-1212") is supplied, the API will attempt to detect the country of the number automatically.
