The Medallia Concierge Technical Support team is here to assist you with any product questions and technical challenges you might encounter. The fastest way to contact Technical Support is by selecting Chat With Us option from the Concierge Help menu:
Administrator users will have access to Live Chat Support by default. Additional non-admin users may be designated for access.
