Clarify who's communicating with a header applied to all outbound messages.

The outgoing header (usually your business or location name), if set, will be included on all outgoing messages from your service. to navigate here, select your initials at the top of the screen and Admin Settings.

From General Settings, select Show less common options and input the header to applied to every message outbound from your Medallia Concierge service.
