General

These changes were made to Android and iOS.

  • The Mobile SDK bridge is now included with Digital Feedback In-app SDK by default, enabling deeper integration with DXA and Medallia Experience Orchestration enabling unified reporting and smarter feature targeting across SDKs. Use the advanced cross-SDK communication to unlock new use cases, such as targeting a survey form based on information reported by DXA. See Medallia Mobile SDK Bridge.

Documentation

As part of this release the Digital release notes have been restructured. Now, all changes deployed across properties are available in the Digital Feedback release notes. This includes changes made to Digital Web, Digital In-app SDK and Digital Anywhere properties.

Resolved issues

General

These changes were made to Android and iOS.

  • Resolved the Initialization Vector Reused for Encryption warning.

These changes were made to Android.

  • On low-memory devices, survey forms that used a large image could result in a crash preventing the Thank You Page from displaying.

  • On certain devices, text fields could be hidden by the keyboard.

These changes were made to iOS.

  • Resolved missing .swiftmodule files in the iOS SDK framework causing codesign verification failures when upgrading the SDK.

  • Adopted iOS 14+ sandboxed WKWebView APIs.
