When Digital Experience Analytics is combined with Digital Feedback in this way, feedback records in Medallia Experience Cloud contain:

• the Session Replay field, which links to the DXA session captured when the feedback was submitted. This makes analyzing the situation that might have caused the feedback much easier.

• the Decibel Property ID, which shows where the DXA session was captured.

• extra detail reported by DXA, such as the Digital Experience Score, DXA Pillar scores, and so on. See Reporting in Experience Cloud.
