Medallia Voices 2.4.0 release notes

This release is compatible with these operating systems:

  • iOS 9.0 or later

  • Android 5.1 or later

Release Highlights

  • Voices card selection setup is now configured in Admin Suite: administrators can set up card selection buckets in Report Builder (including the ideal mix of segments). Additionally:

    • Cards can be all records that a user has record-level access to or a specific subset of that data

    • Administrators can set up to 10 buckets in any configuration on a role-by-role basis

    • For example, there can be:

      • 30% Promoter, 20% Passive, 50% Detractor or …

      • 20% LOB A, 30% Promoter, 43% English surveys, 7% Feedless

  • Text Analytics highlighting now appears in the Voices card comment fields.

Resolved issues

  • This release include minor bug fixes.
