Touchpoints
Touchpoints are the physical and digital places where customers interact with your organization.
Touchpoints are classified by channel. MXO lets you create and manage touchpoints on the following channels:
- Web
- Mobile
- Assisted
- Social
- Physical
- Outbound
Navigate the Touchpoints page
The Touchpoints page provides you with a list of all touchpoints configured for your space. It also provides you with the following details about each touchpoint:
- Touchpoint name
- Channel for which the touchpoint was created
- Number of interaction points configured
- Touchpoint status — is the touchpoint published or unpublished?
- Date when the touchpoint was last modified
- Name of the last person to modify the touchpoint
From this page, you can also create new touchpoints and perform actions on a specific touchpoint such as editing or deleting it, or viewing its dependencies.
