What are Spaces?
Spaces are the containers where you define everything that goes into your engagement configuration (user access controls, Touchpoints, Eligibility Rules, content, page settings, and so on).
Spaces are created within a Tenant (the unique environment within MXO set up for the sole use of your organization). Typically, you will have multiple Spaces, such as:
- Test Spaces, for testing your engagement configuration.
- Training Spaces, for users to learn about MXO .
- Individual development Spaces, for individual users to play with MXO .
- Production Space, a single Space containing your live engagement configuration.
If there are no Spaces when you log in to MXO , you or an administrator must create a Space before you can start working with MXO .
Spaces are created within a Tenant (the unique environment within MXO set up for the sole use of your organization). Each Space is associated with a Business Unit.
If there is no Space associated with a Business Unit when you log in, you or an administrator must create a Space before you can start working with MXO .
