Create comprehensive visualizations of customer journeys and link them to specific personas to see how experiences vary by customer type. By mapping the steps and sentiments of different personas, you can identify unique friction points and implement more precise, data-driven improvements to the overall customer journey.   • Enhanced platform performance. We optimized our orchestration engine and upscaled our cloud infrastructure to resolve slowness and ensure a more responsive and efficient workflow. Further improvements are planned over Q2 2026.
