Creating survey interactions
A survey interaction defines the characteristics of a survey, such as the survey type, scheduled delivery time, delivery method, and custom metadata. There are many ways to create a new survey interaction in Mindful Feedback. The articles in this section provide a detailed overview of each of these methods and when to use each one.
Creating a New Survey Interaction
The following is a list of the ways in which you can create a new survey interaction. Methods requiring more manual work are listed higher, and methods with more automation are listed lower.
Survey interactions can be created via:
- a form in the user interface
 - a CSV file upload
 - a webhook
 - the default web survey URL (for web surveys only)
 - a SIP call with UUI data
 - a PSTN call or SMS message using default survey association
 - the API directly
 - the API indirectly from a third-party application.
 - a supported direct integration method such as Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Twilio Flex, or Salesforce
 - a Web Survey Widget placed directly on your website or mobile app
