Saved dashboard reports

Saved dashboards reports are automatically generated when a dashboard contains a very large amount of data, for example, when the date filter is set to Last Year. In such cases, the dashboard cannot be generated instantly and a Saved dashboard report is scheduled for processing.

Accessing Saved Dashboard Reports

Reports that have been generated will appear in a list on the Dashboard, usually a few minutes after they were scheduled for processing. These reports can be viewed at any time and look like a regular Dashboard, except they load faster since the data has already been compiled.

Note:

Saved dashboard reports can only be accessed by the user that first created the report.

Updating Saved Dashboard Reports

Saved dashboard reports do not automatically update. For example, generating a report for the last 12 months will show the data for the last 12 months at the time the report was generated. To get a fresh report of the last 12 months, a new report must be generated. Dashboard reports can be deleted or renamed.
