Medallia Digital Mobile SDK 4.3.0 (iOS)

Release highlights

  • Form Folders are now generally available, see Form folders management tool.

  • When editing a survey with reusable fields, if the component's options labels do not match the labels in Experience Cloud, an alert is shown.

  • The documentation for Digital In-app Mobile SDK is being migrated to the Medallia portal. The latest administration guide is now at https://docs.medallia.com/?resourceId=mds-admin-guide, please update your bookmarks.

  • The new triggering modal provides a simplified and clear interface for triggering settings. Changes include:

    • Group code form and push notification form settings together
    • Enforce invitation widget type settings (display, targeting, and quarantine)
    • Better categorization of targeting rules, separation between targeting and quarantine rules

  • A new customizable type of invitation based on OS local notifications is available. Use these engagements to request feedback even when the app is in the background.

  • The Medallia Video integration for iOS has been improved and is now again available in this release.

Resolved issues

  • A crash could occur on certain conditions when using targeting engine v2.

  • Some crashes have been resolved.

  • Quarantine improvements and fixes.
