Freeze mode
Freeze mode is a Digital Feedback Command Center state that occurs when a configuration that requires change to the client-facing code has been made (e.g., the introduction of a new question type). Freeze mode is required because of the dynamic nature of CX programs; changes take effect immediately and require that compatible packages are deployed on your website to support new features.
When freeze mode is enabled, you cannot make changes to your CX program until a new Digital package has been created and uploaded to your website and the Digital Feedback administrator has confirmed the package deployment on the Packages screen.
Feedback is still collected when Freeze mode is enabled.
