Download or print Medallia Concierge invoices.

To view or export invoices from Medallia Concierge, select your initials at the top of your screen and Admin Settings.

Note: Only Administrators have access to the Admin Settings.

Next, select Billing & Usage from the options on the left.

Select the Invoices tab.

Click on on an invoice number to open the PDF detail view.

Download or print PDFs from the menu at the top right of the window that opens.
