Billing and usage overview
Review billing, usage, and payment information from the application tabs.
The following information is now available from within the application accessible by tabs.
Overview
The overview tab provides access to account summary information including:
Plan type
Message volume usage vs. plan limit
User (team member) seat usage vs. plan or purchase limit
Billing type summary
Subscription Details
Invoices
The invoices tab allows you to browse, view, and download payment invoices.
Contacts
The contacts tab allows you to update the existing primary billing contact information as well as add additional email addresses (very bottom) to receive billing emails.
Payment Method
For credit card payments, the payment method tab allows you to view and update credit card information. If another payment method was used, this tab will show the payment method but won't allow updates.
