Log In and Log Out

To log in to DXA, use one of the following methods:

Note: The login process and URL may be different if you use two-factor authentication. For more information about authentication in DXA, see Security.

Go to portal.decibel.com.
From the Decibel.com homepage, click Log in.
If the DXA browser extension is installed, click the DXA logo on the top-right corner of the browser.

To log out of DXA, on the navigation bar, go to user > Log out.

Logging in to DXA for the first time

Most newly added users will receive an email from support@decibel.com with instructions to configure their DXA account.

Note:

New users added with SAML authentication will not receive this email and must be manually given a link to their DXA instance. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager.

To log in for the first time, click the link in the email and create a password. You will then be able to log in to the DXA portal using one of the login methods listed above.

Note: The login link in the email is valid for 24 hours. If the link has expired, click Forgotten your password? to request a new link.
