2026 QY3 Digital Feedback release notes

From 7th September 2026

Notices

The Digital Feedback Command Center is being upgraded with a modernized experience and a refreshed interface aligned with the Alchemy design language used across Medallia Experience Cloud.

In this release, the new Command Center (CCv2) is enabled by default for all GovCloud customers. This automatic enablement is specific to GovCloud customers. The deployment of CCv2 for customers outside GovCloud is scheduled for an upcoming release. No action is required from non-GovCloud customers at this time.

The new Command Center enabled for all GovCloud customers includes these changes:

  • In the list of survey forms there is a search function to find a specific form by name or ID

The survey editor has been updated to the new Alchemy UI, and also includes these functional improvements:

  • The survey editor now displays all pages in a single view (similar to Medallia Experience Cloud) instead of having each page being separated.

  • The Thank You Page is now a page in the survey editor. Enablement of the Thank You Page is now controlled via a checkbox in the survey editor itself, instead of through Form Settings.

  • Survey Settings is now a sub-tab of the survey editor – containing nested General, Display Size, Advanced tabs.

  • You can jump between survey editor and Survey Settings.

  • Targeting settings can now be accessed directly from within survey editor, allowing users to view or edit Targeting settings without leaving the survey editor page.

  • Localization settings can now be accessed directly from the survey editor, allowing you to view or edit the translation settings without leaving the survey editor page.
