Screen capture feature
Add a screen capture component to surveys and customize where it appears on surveys, allowing users to take, retake, and delete screen captures to submit as part of feedback.
To enable screen capture, navigate to the Screen Capture tab in Form Settings and select the screen capture option. Click Save.
The screen capture component is included in the list of available fields. Drag it to any survey to add and configure it. Note that:
- Screen capture is not supported on mobile browsers.
- Only one screen capture component can be added to a survey.
- Due to the nature of web components they are not captured properly.
DOM element selection
Screen capture allows the user to select specific DOM HTML elements when capturing. Screen captures with highlighted DOM elements are submitted as part of the user's feedback.
