We use <keyword> elements to embed variables (or variations) in our content. By default, the Heretto editor shows the keyword name instead of its desired value. To see the intended value, set a the global variables files as a Context > Context map. The setting remains in effect for the rest of the session or until you unset it.

The Context selector is in the upper left corner of the page editor.

On the Context menu, choose Select a context map … and select the Medallia_Product_Documentation_Style_Guide.ditamap file in the content folder

The keyword values now show in the content.
