Survey authentication failed attempts
Integrations > Security > Survey Authentication > Failed Attempts
Failed attempts screen lists any failed single survey authentication attempts; when there have been no failures, the screen reports No failed attempts recorded. Use this screen to debug survey authentication issues. For more information, see Enabling survey authentication.
Each failed sign-on event lists:
- Timestamp — Date and time when the failed attempt happened.
- Failure message — Error detailed report. Click the message link to see details about the SSO attempt:

Survey authentication protocol — Where the failure occurred. Currently, Experience Cloud supports SAML and OpenID Connect as identity providers for survey authentication.
