Export files to a company-hosted SFTP server using SSH

When exporting files via company-hosted SFTP server with public key authentication, Experience Cloud delivers the data in a file to a directory on a company-hosted SFTP server. In this scenario, company administrators generate SSH keys, install the private ones locally, and then provide the public ones to clients to install on the SFTP server.

To setup an export to a company-hosted SFTP server:

  1. Generate an SSH key pair per Generating SSH Key pairs.

  2. Send the public key to the company admin to install on the receiving host system.

  3. Install the private key and pass phrase in the Export specifications that will send files to the company.
