  • Medallia Mobile 3 now brings the full power of rich media feedback to users via LivingLens and Medallia Speech feedback.

  • New Notification center — now, users can subscribe themselves to be notified for aggregate metric trends or record-level issues, where the Notifications are being shown as an in-app feed where users can ensure all top priority actions are taken in a timely manner.
