Medallia Mobile 3.13 release notes

Released starting on November 8, 2021

This release is compatible with these operating systems:

  • iOS 10.0 or later

  • Android 7.0 or later

Important: In early 2022, Apple is discontinuing security updates for iOS 13. Likewise, Medallia will remove iOS 13 and below from the list of supported operating systems at that time and only support iOS 14+ devices.

Release Highlights

  • Medallia Mobile and Medallia Voices now share authentication tokens

  • Matrix question type is supported on responses

  • Accessibility improvements to allow device font sizes to be respected
