Known issues
Please find below known issues for the MXO iOS SDK.
iOS 26 compatibility issues
At this time, iOS 26 and Xcode 26 are not officially supported by the MXO SDK. While you may still attempt to integrate or run the SDK in this environment, several known issues may occur:
UIKit UI elements are not currently supported when used with the Liquid Glass feature. As a result, tracking or capturing for these elements may not function correctly.
Apple's latest SwiftUI updates have not yet been adopted by the MXO SDK. This may affect interaction tracking, as well as UI element tracking and capturing.
However, if you continue building your apps with Xcode 16, these issues will not occur for you.
Upload Symbols Failed
When submitting apps built with Xcode 16 to the App Store, you might encounter the Upload Symbols Failed warning caused by the MedalliaMXO SDK's framework:
It has been decided not to include a dSYM file in our SDK. This decision is final, and we will not be publishing a dSYM file in the near future.
MedalliaSDKEventBusInternal.framework if you decide to include the Bridge SDK in your project.
