Journey maps

Restriction: This functionality is currently in Beta. During this early access period, clients in the Beta program can try out and test this feature, and provide feedback about it. This stage allows Medallia to refine the feature's design before its general availability. Be aware that functionality may change before then.

Use journey maps to create maps of common customer journeys with the steps customers take and different aspects of their experience. By understanding customer journeys comprehensively, you can enhance the overall customer experience.

Linking journey maps and journey personas allows you to learn how the same journey varies for different customer types and to how to act on those insights.

The Journey Maps page provides you with a list of all available journey maps. You can view the following details for each journey map:

  • Journey map name

  • Journey map description

  • Journey personas associated to that journey map

  • Name of the last person to modify the journey map

  • Date when the journey map was last modified

From this page, you can also create new journey maps and perform actions on a specific journey map such as editing or deleting it.
