Personas

Restriction: This functionality is currently in Beta. During this early access period, clients in the Beta program can try out and test this feature, and provide feedback about it. This stage allows Medallia to refine the feature's design before its general availability. Be aware that functionality may change before then.

Journey personas thoroughly define typical customers, allowing a common understanding of who your customers are and creating organizational alignment. Personas can be associated to journey maps, providing an understanding of the kinds of experiences those customers have with a brand.

The Personas page provides you with a list of all available journey personas. You can view the following details for each persona:

  • Persona name

  • Persona description

  • Journey maps associated to that persona

  • Name of the last person to modify the persona

  • Date when the persona was last modified

From this page, you can also create new personas and perform actions on a specific persona such as editing or deleting it.
