Spaces are the containers where you define everything that goes into your engagement configuration (user access controls, Touchpoints, Eligibility Rules, content, page settings, and so on).

Spaces are created within a Tenant (the unique environment within MXO set up for the sole use of your organization). Typically, you will have multiple Spaces, such as:

• Test Spaces, for testing your engagement configuration.
• Training Spaces, for users to learn about MXO .
• Individual development Spaces, for individual users to play with MXO .
• Production Space, a single Space containing your live engagement configuration.

If there are no Spaces when you log in to MXO , you or an administrator must create a Space before you can start working with MXO .

If there is no Space associated with a Business Unit when you log in, you or an administrator must create a Space before you can start working with MXO .
