Resolved chart alignment on the Callback Performance dashboard.

Previously, increasing the date range on the Callback Performance dashboard caused several bar charts to drift apart mathematically, with a greater impact seen for larger date ranges. These charts now align to ensure accurate and reliable reporting data.
