Release highlights

  • It is now possible to configure an alert to trigger if your organization unexpectedly stops processing surveys. When enabled, this alert will be sent to the Mindful Support team to proactively investigate. Contact the Support team for more information on setting up this alert.
  • The rate limit for API requests can now be configured differently per organization. Contact the Mindful Support team to discuss changing your rate limit.
  • It is now possible for Mindful Support to reset two-factor authentication codes for users when needed.
  • We have updated branding throughout the user interface to make things more Mindful!
  • When syncing Genesys Cloud users, "business users" will now be treated the same as agents. If you have agents set up as "users" in Genesys Cloud, those users should now be synced as expected.
  • You can now apply an allow list of IP addresses to secure access to API endpoints and unauthenticated webhooks (Settings > Customer Settings > API Whitelists).

Fixed issues

  • In the Top X Best/Worst Interactions tables on the Dashboard page, users will no longer see the Mark Reviewed buttons if they do not have permission to mark interactions as reviewed (All Interactions: Can Edit).
  • An issue causing wrap-up codes and wrap-up names in Genesys Cloud Survey Mappings to be inaccurate has been resolved.
