Release highlights
The Mindful Feedback Support team can now reprocess batches of interactions that failed to be sent to Experience Cloud.
If a particular batch fails the four initial attempts that are made automatically, you can now request that the Support team attempt to reprocess them.
We continue to make security enhancements throughout the application.
These updates will continue to maintain compliance with modern security standards.
Resolved issues
A cause of surveys missing from the Interaction Details report for Genesys Cloud integrations has been resolved.
When the participantType field was set to "Internal" for an interaction, that interaction was previously not included on the Interaction Details page or exports.
An issue for the Spanish and Portuguese languages has been resolved.
When the user language was set to Spanish or Portuguese, some text on the Configure Zendesk page was not translated.
