Connect Mindful with third-party applications
Connections allow you to automatically retrieve a list of queues from select ACD platforms to bring contact-center metrics into Mindful for callback pacing and reporting. Connections also extend the capabilities of the Mindful platform by leveraging such tools as Google Sheets, Excel/OneDrive, Slack, and Twilio messaging for a variety of use cases.
The following sections are currently available on the Connections page:
Alerts — Integrate with Slack and Gmail to send messages or emails to notify you of important issues in your Mindful organization.
Bulk call operations — Integrate with Google Sheets and Excel/OneDrive to register or cancel callbacks in bulk, or upload a list of phone numbers for SMS message broadcasts.
Contact center platforms — Retrieve queues/skills and queue/skill metrics from your ACD platform.
Data — Integrate with Google Sheets to export a snapshot of pending callbacks to a spreadsheet or import changes to scheduled callback timeslots.
Notifications — Integrate with your Twilio and Mindful webhooks. Some of these connections send SMS notifications via your own Twilio account, rather than Mindful's. Others send webhooks alongside, or instead of, SMS notifications.
Survey — Automatically send Feedback surveys to customers after callback interactions end.
