Configuring URL redirects with direct form URLs

While this technique is easy to implement from the perspective of a chat vendor and Digital users, the user will be routed to a survey page that is note associated with the company websites. Contact your Digital expert for assistance in identifying the direct URL on the survey.

Using this technique, the survey should appear when a chat agent ends the chat session. To set this up, configure the chat client so that the buttons/controls to end the chat execute the standard HTTP link to the direct URL of the survey. The survey will be displayed in a separate window.
