Monitoring survey exports

Survey export statistics are recorded in survey records whose Survey type value is 6 (SURVEY_EXPORT_STATS). There is one record for every export (scheduled or manually by Administrator), and every record has these A-fields that record specific information about the event.

These example reports demonstrate how to use some of the fields to monitor exports:

Tip: It is useful to copy the client and an internal contact on the Failed Emails Reports property as a warning when issues arise in the Export process.

Also, ensure that these emails are not filtered out of the inbox as many people filter out Success emails.
