Allow access for specific email domains

Allow access for everyone in an organization

Users must be granted access to engage with private communities. You can do so individually or by allowing access to everyone with a specific email domain. For example, to allow anyone from the Roxxon corporation to register an account, you might allow everyone with a Roxxon.com domain in their email address.
  1. Go to Management > Community settings > Access & privacy.
  2. Under the Only allow specific domains, click Add a domain.
Only allow specific domains list currently showing one: roxxon.com
  3. Enter the email domain to allow, without the '@' sign, such roxxon.com.
If you organization has multiple email domains, enter one for each, such as crowdicity.com and crowdicity.co.uk.
  4. Click Save changes.
All users with email accounts in the specified domains now have access to the community. Though they still be be authenticated before they can engage with the community.
Restriction: If you later remove an allowed domain it will not remove any users of that domain who have previously signed up; it only affects registrations from that point forward.
