Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics Segments

The Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics data connectors allow you to import segments from Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to use like any other segments in DXA. You can filter sessions, heatmaps, and forms using segments that you have already created.

Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics segments status

A red error icon indicates that there has been an error when processing the data, and you can hover over this icon to see the error message.

Retrying Adobe segment requests

If the requests to get data from Adobe Analytics have failed for any reason, you can set these to retry. Simply click the red error icon next to the right of the relevant segment name which will provide you with the status of the requests, and you can click the Retry button under Actions such as in the image below. This will retry the request for the date specified which will look for the previous 24 hours worth of data.Retry button

New Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics segment requests

DXA automatically requests Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics data segments from the past 24 hours. If you had a data connector with DXA enabled before the last 24 hours, you can manually request segment data from an earlier date.
Note: DXA recommends users don't request data for segments from over a year ago.
