Sessions

A session is one or more pageviews representing a visit to your website or app. For example, a session can contain multiple pageviews with many interactions and one of several outcomes, such as purchasing an item or abandonment.
Note: For details on how sessions in DXA differ to sessions in Google Analytics and visits in Adobe Analytics, see Why do DXA session metrics sometimes differ to session metrics in other analytics platforms?.
