Viewing similar sessions

The Similar Sessions feature allows you to view and analyze all similar sessions that have followed the same journey. In the Similar Sessions report, you can view dynamic statistics that highlight total impacted population, including percentage of sessions and associated conversion rate.

Use the available filters to narrow down users following specific paths and demonstrating specific behaviors and interactions.

You can view similar sessions through Analyze Sessions or through the Session Report, which you can access either through Discovery or Session Replay, as described below.

Analyze Sessions

  1. Select Analyze > Sessions.

  2. In the Actions column, click the icon for the session for which you want to view similar sessions that followed the same journey.

  3. A list of similar sessions opens. Use the date, Segment, and Filters dropdowns to narrow down results.

Session Report

You can view similar sessions via the Session Report, which can be accessed through Discovery or through Session Replay.

Discovery

  1. Select Discover > Discover.

  2. Select the Sessions tab.

  3. Scroll to the Session List. In the Actions column, click the icon for the session for which you want to view similar sessions that followed the same journey.

  4. The Session Report opens with the Similar Sessions tab selected where you can view the Similar Sessions list.

Session Replay

  1. Select Analyze > Sessions. In the Actions column, click the Session replay icon.

  2. In the session replay, click View Similar Sessions.

  3. The Session Report opens with the Similar Sessions tab selected where you can view the Similar Sessions list.
