Qualaroo

The Qualaroo data connector allows you to see which users have taken part in a Qualaroo survey.

Note: This data connector doesn't work retroactively as it requires DXA to collect and aggregate the variations each time the script is fired.

Enabling the Qualaroo data connector in DXA

  1. On the navigation bar, go to Connect > Configure Data Connectors > VoC > Qualaroo.

  2. Under Qualaroo, select Qualaroo Enabled.

  3. Click Save.

The Qualaroo data connector is now enabled. DXA will now collect sessions where users take part in a Qualaroo survey.

Using the Qualaroo data connector

Upon collecting Qualaroo surveys, you can begin to use these by creating segments based on them.

When adding a segment filter, go to Integrations > Qualaroo surveyed and select No or Yes depending on whether you want to filter for users who have not or who have taken part in a Qualaroo survey.

Upon creating the segment, you can begin to filter sessions, heatmaps, forms and other features in DXA based on those users who have or have not taken part in a Qualaroo survey.
