Integrating DXA with Microsoft Teams
To integrate Digital Experience Analytics with Microsoft Teams, create a new webhook, as follows:

On the navigation bar, select Connect. Then select Configure Webhooks.

Click Create New Webhook in the top right corner of the page.

In the New Webhook panel, enter a Name for your webhook. Select MSTeams from the Template dropdown. Enter a Destination URL, then select an Alert to Link. To create a new alert that is not listed, see Alerts. Make a selection from the Authentication dropdown. To test that the webhook can connect to the destination using the Destination URL you entered, click Test Connection. Then click Save.

The webhook is saved and appears on the top of the Webhooks table. The selected alert(s) will now be sent to the target destination when triggered. See Webhooks and Alerts for additional information on creating and configuring webhooks as well as alerts.
