Health check
Health checks are issues that can effect the quality of data on properties or an account, such as problems processing segments or too many forms being detected. You can subscribe to receive email notifications for specific health checks when triggered.
Health check types
The table below lists the health check types displayed on the table on the health check settings screen:
Type | Description |
---|---|
Information | Performance or features are not currently impacted. Further attention is recommended. |
Warning | Performance or features are likely to be impacted soon. Further attention is required. |
Error | Performance or features may be impacted now. Further attention is required. |
Subscribing to health check email notifications
On the navigation bar, go to settings > Account Settings > Health Check.
On the table, in the Subscribed column, click X for the health check you want to receive email notifications for.
A check mark appears to confirm that you are subscribed to the email notification. You will receive an email notification when the health check is triggered.
To unsubscribe from the email notification, click the check mark.
Investigating health checks triggered on a property
On the navigation bar, click Dashboard.
- On the right side of the dashboard, click the Health tab.Note: If the Health tab is not available, go to the default dashboard. For more information, see Dashboard.
Health checks triggered on the property are displayed under categories in a series of tiles.
Click the tile for the heath check category you want to investigate.
The following health check categories are available:

- Error Segments
- Data Export
- Favorite Pages
- Forms
- Google Analytics
- Google Cloud Storage
- Integrated Segments
- IPs
- Launch Credits
- Pageview Credits
- Performance
- Security
