Setting up automatic progress emails
You can configure progress emails containing survey information, including bounce rate and respondent opening rate, for surveys that are live. These emails will be sent on a daily or weekly basis. To do this, complete the following steps.
- Open the live survey for which you want to set up a progress email.
- Select Settings.
Select Automatic progress emails.
Select the Receive progress reports checkbox. Then enter information for email frequency as well as recipient email addresses. Click Example in the top right corner of the page to view an example of the information that will be included in the progress email.
Click Save.
