Account administrators can manage users, passwords, survey permissions, and activity logs

Account or user administrators in Medallia Agile Research can add and delete users from accounts, change survey owners, and set survey permissions, configuring which surveys users can see. Additionally, administrators can set up unique logins for users, retrieve passwords, and unblock accounts after unsuccessful login attempts. To view accounts options in Agile Research select your name in the top right corner of the page and select Account.
