Recovering your account
If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it on the Medallia Agile Research sign-in page. Or you can ask the account administrator to reset the password for you.
On the sign-in page
To reset your password on the sign-in page, complete the following steps:
- On the Medallia Agile Research sign-in page, click Recover your account.
Enter your email address and click Get reset email. You'll receive an email containing a link that you can use to change your password. This link will be valid for 24 hours.
Steps for the account administrator
- Select Account > Users.
- Select Reset password from the Edit dropdown for the user whose password needs to be reset.
Click Reset password. The user will receive an email with instructions on how to change their password.
Important: Choose a strong password. A strong password contains a mix of numbers, letters, and symbols.
