Viewing subscription settings
In Subscription settings, you can do the following:
- See your current subscription plan with the remaining balance of your account.
- Renew or plan an upgrade for the next billing cycle.
- Immediately upgrade your existing subscription if you are in need of extra respondents.
- Cancel your subscription. You will have access until the end of your current subscription period
- See a list of all included features in your subscription
To view subscription settings, select Account > Billing. Then select Subscription settings.
At the bottom of the page, renew or upgrade your subscription.
