Enabling Medallia Agile Research in Experience Cloud (Phase 1)
This guide provides instructions on provisioning and enabling access to Agile Research for both new and existing Experience Cloud customers who have CSMs/AEs assigned to their accounts. The process for unassigned accounts and Partners is WIP.
Two steps are required for users to gain access to Agile Research:
