Any surveys in a property can be previewed, from either the card or list survey management views, or from the survey editor. The survey preview simulates how the survey appears and behaves on the website that Digital is embedded into.

The survey preview is functional, in that you can select scores, menu options or type text. Advanced features such as conditional display are also previewed. Clicking Submit completes the survey and creates a record in Experience Cloud. Clicking Close returns to the previous screen in the Digital Command Center.

Previewing forms that use custom CSS is supported. Similarly the survey preview is recommended as part of the self-service process of updating a property to survey form 2.0.
