Digital Health Check
Digital Health Check shows all the vital statistics of your Digital properties, such as invites or survey forms shown and accepted over a period of time. Digital Health Check is a Medallia report available in admin suite. For more information on reporting see Medallia Alchemy Experience reporting.
The release of Digital Health Check in the first quarter of 2025 automatically replaces the legacy Digital Health Check report. Similarly, the report named HealthWatch: Digital [V2] can be removed from the instance or hidden from view.
The key features of the Digital Health Check report are:
- Provides information at the account level, the single Digital Health Check report provides an overview of all of your properties.
- Use the filters to drill down and investigate the health of individual Digital properties and forms.
- Digital Health Check data is refreshed daily at 00:00 UTC - standardized across all clients. The analyzed data shown is usually 1 day behind the current date, and this also applies to updates made to metadata, such as property name, form name and so on.
Properties with an existing report are upgraded automatically. On a property without an existing report, contact support. The support ticket provides the details required, such as the report ID, for a Digital administrator to configure the Digital Health Check. See Set up Digital Health Check.
On properties that were upgraded, Digital Health Check supports downloading previous data for archival purposes. Please note that the archived data is only available for download until April 30 2025.
